Pickleball and Tennis Court Design

HKGi has provided planning and design leadership for pickleball and tennis court improvements in several communities. Court improvements have ranged from large-scale court complexes with supporting structures and shaded seating areas to smaller, neighborhood park-scale court configurations. Scope of services has included conducting feasibility studies to determine optimal locations and configurations; project management and oversight of subconsultant services; and court design, construction documentation and construction administration.

HKGi’s experience designing courts at different scales has led to a greater understanding of critical design issues to create improved experiences for players, spectators, and other park visitors and adjacent non-park uses.
