Hobbies and Pastimes

Analise’s list of favorite places includes Iona’s Beach on the North Shore, Hidden Falls in Saint Paul, and the Superior National Forest. With that list you can guess that she likes activities that get her outside: biking, paddling and camping. Before joining HKGi she spent three months backpacking across Europe, so travel is another favorite activity of hers.

Analise Kruse

Designer

Analise is a landscape designer with an interest in visual communications, native landscapes, and understanding local ecosystems. Her role on projects at HKGi includes designing reports, graphics, and engagement materials in addition to contributing to landscape design work. She’s adept at using a wide variety of design applications, and she’s also bilingual and eager to provide Spanish-language engagement support.

Prior to joining HKGi Analise served as an intern with both the Nine Mile Creek Watershed District and the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board, where she worked at the Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden. She also spent a summer working in the Boundary Waters for the Gunflint Ranger District in Grand Marais.
