Our Culture

The culture at HKGi is something we’re proud of. It’s a dynamic space filled with the type of energy that ecourages and supports collaboration and creativity while mainting healthy work life balance. We take care of our employees with our offered professional benefits, and we take pride in facilitating an environment people want to be apart of– while understanding life outside of work is important too.

We have built a system of trust that we’re proud to offer all full-time employees. Honoring standard meeting availability & client responsiveness, HKGi'ers complete their work week with flexibility in their schedule. Whether you’re on school pick up, dog walking duty, or more of a night owl - we offer flexibility.
Competitive with many workplaces in 2023, we understand and value remote and hybrid work styles for employees. We have face to face team check-ins on a regular basis, and we prioritize client meeting needs, but understand people may need to work from where it works best. Team communication is key to this structure's success.
Our office is a flexible space with shared workstations, offices, standing desks, meeting rooms, and lounge seating. Hand-in-hand with working in a space that yields creativity and connection, we strive to provide a working environment that meets all of our team's needs.
We are pleased to be a part of the Tractor Works Building community in the bustling North Loop. With that, all HKGi staff get premium access to the building’s gym, accessible rooftop, bike parking, and conference rooms.
