Bryan's interest and skill in urban design and neighborhood planning has led him become one of HKGi's development planning and urban design experts. He has demonstrated his skill by serving as the principal designer for a series of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use development projects of varying size and scale in several metropolitan area communities. Through these projects he has also proven his dedication to providing exemplary client service and his ability to build strong relationships with both public and private clients and community leaders.
Bryan's talents have contributed to several successful, award-winning redevelopment and neighborhood design projects, most notably the Heritage Greens of Cambridge redevelopment plan, the downtown revitalization plan for Hutchinson, and Chevalle, a 300 acre conservation designed subdivision in Chaska, MN.
Bryan’s education includes a Bachelor's of Environmental Design and a Master’s of Landscape Architecture from the University of Minnesota. He is a registered landscape architect, LEED accredited and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
