Brad's experience as a Community Planner complements the leadership qualities that he has displayed both as a project manager and as a Vice President at HKGi. He excels in both roles through a combination of outstanding communication skills, an ability to provide effective project management, and technical expertise. He has provided planning expertise to large-scale redevelopment and comprehensive planning projects throughout the State of Minnesota. Most significantly, this project experience includes redevelopment projects addressing transportation and transit corridors. Brad's experience working on transit-oriented development (TOD) projects is augmented by his experience as a transit user. He has also developed an expertise helping communities use planning initiatives to conserve and enhance natural resources as integral parts of the community.
