HKGi created a Town Center (TC) Zoning District and Town Center Design Guidelines Manual for the City of Eden Prairie to guide the development of a future mixed-use town center within the community. The future town center will be located in Eden Prairie’s Major Center Area near the crossroads of MN Highway 212, MN Highway 5 and Interstate 494. The TC Zoning District and TC Design Guidelines have been developed to provide the City of Eden Prairie with urban design and regulatory tools that would guide redevelopment within the designated town center area. The Town Center (TC) Zoning District and Town Center Design Guidelines were both adopted by the Eden Prairie City Council on December 18, 2007.
