Minneapolis City Council adopts innovative redevelopment concepts for Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood

In January 2007, the Minneapolis City Council adopted redevelopment concepts prepared by Hoisington Koegler Group for high-priority districts in the Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood. HKGi worked with the neighborhood to devise redevelopment concepts for priority sites and package them as marketing materials directed at property owners and developers. These concise and visually interesting materials will be a primary tool for the neighborhood organization to jumpstart redevelopment conversations with others interested in this hot urban neighborhood.
