In 1999, the City Council adopted the City of Apple Valley Comprehensive Guide Plan – 2020 Update. The Comprehensive Plan contains chapters on land use, transportation, utilities, parks and recreation, and housing, as well as the City’s Capital Improvement Program. A copy of the Comprehensive Plan is available from the Community Development Department.
