Project Information

The Northfield 3rd Business and Industrial Park planning team has completed background research, project inventory, market analysis and the preparation of concept master plan alternatives for each site. On April 29th, 2010, the City and planning team members conducted a public open house to present concept alternatives and receive community input. Next steps include the refinement of options into a preferred master plan and development standards for each site.
